Refund and Cancellation Policy
Reservation Cancellation:
Standard Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 3 days before the check-in date without incurring any charges. The exact cancellation period will be specified at the time of booking.
Late Cancellation or No-Show: In the event of a late cancellation (within the cancellation period) or a no-show, the full booking amount for the first night will be charged to the guest's credit card. Any remaining nights of the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Refund Policy:
Refunds for Early Departure: In the case of early departure, guests will be responsible for the full payment of the original reservation.
No Refund for Unused Services: No refunds will be provided for unused services or amenities as part of a guest's reservation.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 business days after the cancellation or refund request is approved.
Special Rate Bookings and Packages:
Please note that special rates, promotional bookings, and package deals may have unique cancellation and refund policies that supersede the standard policy. Details of any special policies will be provided at the time of booking.
Group Reservations:
For group bookings (typically defined as reservations for 2 rooms or more), a separate group cancellation and refund policy will apply, which will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.
Refund Requests:
Guests may request a refund by contacting our [Customer Support/Receptionist/Manager] team. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Force Majeure:
In cases of extraordinary circumstances, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or any other event that could not have been reasonably foreseen or prevented ("Force Majeure"), we reserve the right to alter the cancellation and refund policies as needed. We will work with affected guests to find an equitable solution.
Policy Updates:
Golden City Hotel reserves the right to modify or amend this refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage guests to review this policy before making a reservation.
